French percussionist and composer is the new juror after Spanish Miquel Bernat’s exit

Jean-François Lézé

Jean-François Lézé, French percussionist and composer based in Portugal since 1994, leader of the percussion section of the Symphonic Orchestra of Porto (Casa da Música), is the new juror of the 3rd International Chamber Music Competition “Cidade de Alcobaça” (CIMCA) after the departure of the Spanish Miquel Bernat. Lézé integrates the Jury of CIMCA after Bernat’s impossibility to compose the list of jurors due to personal reasons at last minute.

Once again we remind the members of the Jury: António Rosa (President of the Jury and Artistic Director), Luiz Fernando Pérez Herrero (Escuela Superior Reina Sofia, Madrid), Abel Pereira (Orquestra Sinfónica do Porto Casa da Música and ESMAE), Antonio Pompa-Baldi (Cleveland Institute of Music), Aníbal Lima (Academia Nacional Superior de Orquestra) and the inevitable Jean-François Lézé (Escola Profissional de Viana do Castelo).
