The entries deadline of the 3rd International Chamber Music Competition “Cidade de Alcobaça” closes on September 23^rd

10 days before the entries closing date, the 3rd International Chamber Music Competition “Cidade of Alcobaça (CIMCA) still invites all interested parties and potential participants to join this competition which has the promotion of Chamber Music as one of its main objectives.

Entries are still accepted until next September 23^rd, as the event is scheduled from October 27^th to November 1^st at Cine-Teatro de Alcobaça – João d’Oliva Monteiro, a place that welcomes this competition for its third edition.

Let us remember that the winners in the Junior Category will receive a prize of € 2500 (sponsored by the Inatel Foundation) and the opportunity to perform in concerts at Cistermúsica – Alcobaça Music Festival (2014). For the Senior Category, the prize will be € 4000, also with concerts at Cistermúsica – Alcobaça Music Festival (2014), Stellenbosch International Chamber Music Festival (South Africa, 2014) and Centro Cultural de Belém (2014).
